Another awesome, well researched post Nita! Getting that uncomfortable, growth-focused stress instead of the overwhelming anxiety-induced stress is the key.

For me, this means seeing life as a bunch of pillars (work, relationship, friends, location etc.) and changing only 2-3 of them at a time, while keeping the others constant.
